SKY WI-FI / FASTWEB: AGREEMENT TO INCREASE NETWORK COVERAGE
January 20, 2021Store closure: do you need to communicate something to the Revenue Agency for the inactive electronic recorder?
No communications are required to the Revenue Agency: the RT automatically sends a file with all the data relating to the interruption period.
The information provided by the Revenue Agency on telematic cash registers clarify this:
“In the event of interruption of the activity due to weekly closure, Sunday closure, holidays, closure for exceptional events, seasonal activity or any other hypothesis of interruption of the transmission (not caused by technical malfunctions of the device), the Telematic Recorder, at the first subsequent transmission or at the last useful transmission, it processes and sends a single file containing all the data (at zero amount) relating to the interruption period, for which the merchant has not carried out the daily closing operation .”
If the shop is closed, the electronic recorder records the absence of operations and will store the daily data at zero, until the reopening date.
With the issuance of the first commercial document and the resumption of ordinary activity, an electronic file will be processed with the inactivity data for the closing period.
The zero flow is therefore automatically transmitted and communicated to the Revenue Agency.
